Refund Policies
Refund Policy Units: All sales final. No refunds. We do realize, however; that occasionally there are problems with a unit after a purchase. We will do everything we can, that is reasonable, to make sure your unit is running well and in good order. The management will deal with you and your complaints and will resolve it to the best of our ability. We do not ever refund money on purchased vehicles.
Refund Policy Accessories: If you find that you have the wrong size in an accessory, as long as the product has not been used, you will be given the option of exchanging the item as long as the itme has not been worn. This will be at the sole discretion of the management as far as deciding whether it is exchangeable or not based on the item's wear and tear. If it is a special order item, there is no refund or exchange, unless the item
is defective. We will help you work with the distributor regarding exchanging the product for a new one. If the item is defective, you will have 7 days to bring it in for an exchange.
Refund Policy Parts: There are no refunds, or exchanges on parts. Please bring in, or email to us, a picture of the part you need and we will match it to the best of our ability. PowerMax batteries that are bought from us have a 6 month exchange warranty.
Warranty on Service: 30 days
